Generally, in a project a lot of act notes, protocols, fault reports and other documents are generated. However, are the tasks also finished? And are they finished then also in time? How can one keep with all the duties the overview?
With the new construction organization functions of WINPLAN++ online the database is the manager of all unfinished tasks. Everyone gets the tasks assigned, for which he is responsible. He gets his dates and deadlines set.
These tasks are indicated him by email and in his resubmission in WINPLAN++ online. There he can process them systematically, mark as finished or also decline.
 
The treatment order can be fixed by workflows freely to be defined within the scope of the execution of the problems. Also the escalation ways with non-execution can be defined in advance.
 
The project manager keeps the overview about all tasks and can imagine himself in every single partner.
